The University are about to go live on this network, and would not be able to join if they did not use inPlace. \r\n InPlace - main system  \r\n\r\nInPlace, by Quantum IT, is a cloud system used to manage and allocate placements.  \r\n\r\n Quantum IT are not on any purchasing framework.  \r\n\r\nSince we use inPlace for all types of placements, our own research tells us there are no competitor systems on the market with this coverage and the supplier has confirmed this in writing.",
