    "description": "The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is pleased to invite tender offers for our Scotland Aberdeen three (3) academic year regional Scholarships Programme 2025. \r\n\r\nFull details can be found within in the procurement pack,  which is downloadable within Contracts Finder.\r\n\r\nThe ECITB is tendering for  a contract for the delivery of the skills and knowledge required within the 2025 ECITB Scholarship Programme (Scotland - Aberdeen 3 Year) - pathway requirements detailed in document 9 and the specification documents 2 (a-b).\r\n\r\nThis tender consists of 2 lots. Bidders can submit offers for individual or both lots as detailed within the relevant specifications.
