You can learn more about these here: Seetec Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values.\r\n\r\nWe are currently seeking a Waste Collection Service Provider to manage waste collection across our UK offices-currently 12 sites located as follows:\r\n\r\nNorth West: 1 site\r\nBirkenhead\r\nSouth East: 3 sites\r\nGreat Yarmouth\r\nHockley\r\nKings Lyn\r\nSouth West: 8 sites\r\nBarnstaple\r\nBodmin\r\nBristol\r\nLaunceston\r\nPlymouth\r\nSt Austell\r\nTorquay\r\nWells\r\n\r\nAdditional sites may be added as new locations are acquired.\r\n\r\nContract Value\r\nWe estimate the contract value to be between \u00a312,000 and \u00a317,500 based upon on a competitive tender process. \r\n\r\nService Requirements\r\nThe service must cover all waste streams in line with the Simpler Recycling requirements effective from 31 March 2025:\r\nDry recyclables - plastic, metal, glass\r\nPaper and card\r\nFood waste\r\nResidual waste\r\nWe expect the service to prioritise recycling and aim for zero waste to landfill.\r\n\r\nReporting Requirements\r\nThe provider must supply an Annual Environmental Sustainability Report including:\r\nTotal weight of waste collected\r\nWeight and percentage of waste recycled\r\nWeight and percentage of waste incinerated\r\nWeight and percentage of waste treated/digested\r\nWeight and percentage of waste sent to landfill\r\nCarbon footprint (CO\u2082e) of service delivery\r\n\r\nDue Diligence Requirements\r\nIn addition to standard financial and insurance checks, due diligence must include relevant environmental permits and waste licences for each location:\r\nWaste Management Licence\r\nExemption Certificates\r\nCarrier, Broker, Dealer - Upper Tier Registration\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Specific requirements and capabilities:\r\n\r\n- Supplier must be able to service all 12 locations: \r\nBarnstaple\r\nBirkenhead\r\nBodmin\r\nBristol\r\nGreat Yarmouth\r\nHockley\r\nKings Lyn\r\nLaunceston\r\nPlymouth\r\nSt Austell\r\nTorquay\r\nWells\r\n\r\n-Seetec would like to request a designated Account Manager to support strong supplier relationships. \r\n\r\n- Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information).\r\n\r\n- Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.",
