    "description": "Dear Sir/Madam,\r\n      \r\n      In accordance with the Minor Works Framework 2022 - 2026 - lot 2 you are invited to tender for the Flood Alleviation Works at Hartley Wintney Fire Station and have been supplied with the attached documents.\r\n      \r\n      Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.\r\n      \r\n      Opting In and Out\r\n      Please note you are required to \u0027Opt In\u0027 before you can access the \u0027My tender Return\u0027 to start populating your response. \r\n      \r\n      The \u0027Opt Out\u0027 functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. Opting out will give you the option of declaring you no longer want to receive any further communication in relation to this tender along with the opportunity of providing comments and feedback for this decision.\r\n      You can choose to \u0027Opt In\u0027 at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to \u0027Opt Out\u0027.\r\n      \r\n      PLEASE NOTE: Site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must to be arranged in advance with myself or Bowie Heer as ad-hoc visits will not be possible.\r\n      \r\n      It would be useful if it can include the following documents in your tender return:\r\n      \r\n      1.\tCompleted Grand Summary Sheet\r\n      2.\tCompleted form of tender\r\n      3.\tFully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification)\r\n      4.\tBreakdown of all preliminary costs\r\n      5.\tCompleted resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document)\r\n      \r\n      Your completed tender return documents (outlined above) \u0026 form of tender should be submitted via In Tend no later than 2pm on Wednesday 20th August 2025.\r\n      \r\n      Kind regards\r\n      \r\n      Property Services",
