Description

The Employer appointed contractor to design and build 50 number homes consisting of 26 number houses and 24 number apartments works at Chantry house, Kirkgate, Wakefield. The appointed Contractor have provided documents showing and describing the contractors proposals for design and construction of homes with an analysis of contract sum meeting employer requirements. The Contract is direct awarded via EN: Procure New build framework Gen4, Lot 3 - New build construction of schemes between 30-100 units. (OJEU Contract notice - 2023/S 000-015713; OJEU Award Notice - 2023/S 000-007099). The Contract shall incorporate the provisions of JCT Design and Build contract (2016).
