    "description": "NWF has procured two solution(s) to deliver the following service elements as a minimum:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tProvide forecasting market data for Battery Energy Storage System (\"BESS\") assets via an interactive tool / platform including access to periodic reports;\r\n\u2022\tProvide outturn revenue data for individual BESS assets and the UK fleet via an interactive tool / platform, split out by each element of the revenue stack. If possible, the solution will also be able to show outturn Optimiser performance; \r\n\u2022\tProvide web-based platform(s) that NWF can access on demand, manipulate and customise without requirement to engage with the Supplier;\r\n\u2022\tProvide related onboarding services to deliver a smooth implementation; and\r\n\u2022\tProvide the necessary ongoing support of the procured services.\r\n\r\nThe tool(s) / platform(s) provide:\r\n\r\no\tforecast and outturn data, research and insights for the BESS market in Great Britain (GB), and if possible, for Longer Duration Energy Storage (\"LDES\");\r\no\tstandardised pre-built reports / forecasts for the BESS market;\r\no\tthe ability to produce site-specific revenue forecasts (asset valuations), creating bankable forecasts / valuations.\r\n\r\nThis notice relates to the first of the two contract awards. \r\n\r\nThis contract shall commence in March 2025 and the service products shall have a 3 year initial subscription period with the option to extend by a further two years in the form of two optional one year extension periods i.e., a maximum of five years in total.\r\n\r\nThe value of this contract will range between \u00a3300,000.00 and \u00a3500,000.00 excluding VAT depending on the execution of available extension options. The contract may be extended up until 30 March 2030.\r\n\r\nNWF has the option to purchase various additional ancillary services as set out in the contract. The value of such additional services are not included in the value of this notice. If these are purchased this notice will be updated accordingly.",
