    "description": "The A46 Newark Bypass is a complex major infrastructure improvement scheme being developed by National Highways to widen the A46 to dual carriageway from the Farndon Roundabout to the Winthorpe Roundabout.\r\n\r\nThe A46 Newark Bypass scheme requires a Temporary Site Services subcontractor able to supply, install, and maintain the temporary services required to construction compounds. \r\n\r\nThis includes electrical power and water services to modular site offices and compounds.
