    "description": "Town Hall Birmingham invites you to tender for the provision of mechanical, electrical and building maintenance services based on a service specification that reflects the operating requirements and activities of the site.\r\nThe venue proposes to appoint one service provider to deliver all elements of the contract scope which will require a continued permanent site presence.\r\nThe contract will be for a minimum period of 3 years beginning 01 April 2025, with an estimated value of 100 - 150,000.00 GBP per annum\r\nThe services to be covered by this contract will include\r\nPlanned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance of all plant and equipment as per current asset list.\r\nPlanned and reactive building fabric maintenance.\r\nOperations scheduling and monitoring.\r\nRoutine testing including PAT (portable appliance testing) of non production equipment.\r\nManagement of specialist sub-contractors.\r\nOut of hours call-out facility with rapid response.",
