    "description": "Submissions in paper format to Coleford Town Council office:\r\n4, Mushet Walk, Coleford GL16 8BQ\r\n\r\nSchedule of Tasks\r\n\r\nCemetery Maintenance\r\n\r\nBased on the Landscape and Ecological Management Plan (LEMP) \r\nand Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan (LMMP)\r\n\r\n\u2022\tWeekly site inspection for any damage, or changes in condition of vegetation, reporting any issues to the council office \r\n\u2022\tCutting across growing season, to maintain a length of grass in accordance with the LMMP\r\n\u2022\tStrimming grass around the trees and in front of the fence, and removing all arisings \r\n\u2022\tSpot treatment of any invasive weeds with a non-toxic, insect-friendly weed killer.\r\n\u2022\tNatural Burial Ground grass and designated wildlife area grass is removed from scope.\r\n\u2022\tAnnual reseeding of any damaged areas of grass using appropriate grass seed \r\n\u2022\tAnnual cut of one side and top of the boundary planting against the fence \r\n\u2022\tAnnual cut of two sides and top of the boundary hedge in the Cemetery bordering the Natural Burial Ground\r\n\u2022\tAnnual cut of two sides and top of the boundary hedge in Natural Burial Ground\r\n\u2022\tAnnual removal of woody weeds such as brambles from within the boundary shrub planting \r\n\u2022\tAnnual pruning of the shrubs in the centre of the site, according to species, and removing any arisings \r\n\u2022\tMole treatment as required to minimise the visual presence of mole activity.",
