Description

The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for the supply of services in respect of the provision of Building Cleaning Services to all our properties listed in the scope.   The detailed requirements and appendices are indicative of the services sought to secure the provision of a cost-effective and comprehensive building cleaning service to the Council's operational and ancillary buildings, Town Halls, Community Centres, Sheltered Housing Schemes, communal areas in blocks of residential flats and some toilet blocks.  All cleaning materials, treatments and methods proposed to be used and supplied by the provider in connection with the performance of the contract, must, where practicable, be approved by the council's Senior Management Team (SMT) prior to the commencement of the contract.
