Specific work packages such as Master planning, multi-disciplinary engineering and specialist legal and procurement may also be required, specific to the nature of each project. \r\n\r\nThis procurement exercise was conducted as a Further Competition under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement Ref: SBS10190, Lot 11 Ancillary Services.\r\n\r\nThe contract commenced in December 2024 and will be in place for 4 years. The Council will have the option to extend the agreement by up to 2 further years to December 2030.",
