    "description": "The service is required to support Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Police Forces, in additional to other regional Forces or Blue-light organisations who may express an interest to utilise this contract.\r\n      \r\n      Contractor should be able to:\r\n      \r\n      To provide resilience and flexibility to the blue-light organisations for all Business Travel requirements. This includes flights, rail, accommodation, (inc specialist and sensitive bookings, of which could support outside of the organisational employee\u0027s, through collaboration or duty of care requests), ad hoc requirements for emergency/out-of-hours situations, corporate event attendance and major operations. the Wherever possible enabling bookers/teams to utilise the Travel Management services via an online booking tool in addition to an offline service through a dedicated team provided by the Supplier.\r\n      \r\n      This prior information notice is to alert the market of the requirement.
