The market has been kept informed of the outcomes through the Pro Contract Portal as referenced.\r\n\r\nThe council is now seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders capable of delivering a Technology-Enabled Living (TEL) service, comprising equipment, call monitoring, and response service components through either a lead provider model, encouraging engagement from inclusion of SME\u0027s, or bidders with experience/ capability of delivering all three components of this service.",
