    "description": "Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is inviting tenders from qualified suppliers to provide an evaluation of their Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) programme.\r\nThe overall requirement is for the appointed supplier to provide an independent evaluation of the Leicestershire HDRC programme. The evaluation will be both formative, with ongoing reporting of findings against milestones, and summative, to include a final in-depth evaluation of the whole programme following programme closure. \r\nThe supplier will work closely with the core HDRC team throughout, co-producing actions with the HDRC team and will be provided with appropriate data and stakeholder access to support the process. The supplier will be given a contact at the HDRC who will connect the supplier with members of the HDRC that they wish to involve in the evaluation. \r\n",
