    "description": "Warwickshire County Council is seeking Tender Responses to provide an externally hosted cloud-based solution to support the administration needs of Warwickshire Music and its stakeholders (WCC Managers, Administrators, Teachers, Schools, Parents and Pupils).\r\nContract Term - The contract term comprises of the implementation period and the service period. The initial service period will be 5 years from the successful Go-Live date (post implementation) with options to further extend in multiple periods of up to 36 months.  Total potential contract duration is therefore up to 8 years at the discretion of the Council, plus the agreed implementation period prior to Service commencement. \r\n\r\nThe contract start date is therefore anticipated between 01/01/2025 \u0026 31/03/2025, The date will be dependent on the outcome of the tender (\u0026 successful Supplier) and the complexity of the transition.   \r\n\r\nIt is anticipated that the Go-Live (Service) period is between March and September 2025.\r\n\r\nThe solution must be fully implemented by the end of December 2025.\r\n\r\nWarwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an\r\ninterest.
