    "description": "The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") are seeking to deliver the Advocacy, Missing Return Conversations and Independent Visitors Service on the Isle of Wight. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe contract is to provide independent and confidential information, advice, representation, advocacy and support for looked after children (LAC), children in need (CIN) and care leavers aged 5 to 24 years. To support them through the complaints and representations process and to help them to participate in decision making and other processes that affects their lives. \\r\r\n\\r\r\nIn addition to the above, the contract shall provide, an Independent Visitor scheme to children in care and independent return conversations  for children missing from care. \\r\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe estimated value set out in this contract notice is the total value for the initial term and the possible extension option(s).\r\n\r\nThe contract start and end date listed in this contract notice is for the full potential duration of the contract including possible extension option(s). The initial term of this contract is three years with the option to extend for a further two, at the sole discretion of the Authority.",
