Baseline \u0026 Pre-Construction Assessment: Review existing data, perform gap analysis, and prepare a Baseline Report.\r\n\r\n2. 1-Year Post-Opening Assessment: Data collection, impact evaluation, and production of the 1-Year Report.\r\n\r\n3. 5-Year Post-Opening Assessment: Data collection, impact evaluation, and production of the 5-Year Report.\r\n\r\nKey Objectives:\r\n\r\nAssess whether the scheme\u0027s objectives, including reductions in traffic congestion, carbon emissions, noise, and improved air quality, have been met.\r\n\r\nEvaluate travel demand, public transport use, active travel modes, and economic impacts.\r\n\r\nConduct process, impact, and economic evaluations to measure the scheme\u0027s outcomes and unintended impacts.\r\n\r\nTimescales:\r\nThis contract spans all three stages, with deliverables scheduled at Baseline, 1 Year Post-Opening, and 5 Years Post-Opening.\r\n\r\nAdditional Details:\r\nPre-scheme traffic data has been collected (March 2023), but further analysis and reporting are required as part of this tender.",
