    "description": "Birmingham City Council requires a supplier to provide a service for the cropping, baling, wrapping and transportation of hay at three sites in Birmingham during the August - September period of this year. Start and End dates are weather dependant.\r\n\r\nThese three sites have been divided into three lots as set out below:\r\nLot 1. Woodgate Valley Country Park Sites (Main, Bartley Woods, Pinewoods) (B32 3DS)\r\nLot 2. Hilltop Nature Reserve (B20 1NL)\r\nLot 3. New Hall Valley Country Park (B76 1QU)\r\nPlease see attached appendices A-E for site maps\r\n\r\nYou may bid for any single lot and all lots. The supplier that passes the quality stage and  has the lowest price will the contract for that particular lot.\r\n\r\nThe tender submission deadline is 12pm - 1st August 2025. Please return your quotation document and all other documents in the checklist (Appendix 1) to joshua.bough@birmingham.gov.uk before the deadline.\r\n\r\nAll returns after the deadline wont be evaluated.\r\n\r\nFor further details please see the attached quotation document.",
