This was a direct award via BlueLight Commercial\u0027s PSU Clothing and Equipment framework reference BLC-0069 Lot 8 PSU Gloves, and is therefore compliant under the PCRs 2015.  The contract is for an initial term of 2 years with options to extend for a further 3 x 12 months.  The value is estimated based on historic buying figures but is not expected to exceed the higher value provided over the length of the contract including extensions and VAT.",
