    "description": "Westmorland and Furness Council are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (\"DPS\") for the provision of Passenger Transport Services which includes, but not limited to, Home to School, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Pupil Referral Units, Adult Social Care, Scheduled bus services and community transport services.\r\n\r\nThe Services have been divided into the following work packages (Lots):\r\nLot 1a - Up to 8 passenger seats\r\nLot 1b - Up to 8 passenger seats with a passenger assistant\r\nLot 2a - Between 9 and 16 passenger seats\r\nLot 2b - Between 9 and 16 passenger seats with a passenger assistant\r\nLot 3a - 17 passenger seats and above\r\nLot 3b - 17 passenger seats and above with a passenger assistant\r\nLot 4a - Wheelchair accessible vehicles\r\nLot 4b - Wheelchair accessible vehicles with a passenger assistant\r\nLot 5 - Ad Hoc Taxis\r\n\r\nFurther details of the DPS are included in the Invitation to Tender documents available via The Chest.
