    "description": "Overview\r\n      \r\n      The work comprises the internal and external refurbishment of an existing Community Centre, namely:\r\n      \r\n      o replacement windows\r\n      o replacement flat roof\r\n      o replacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods\r\n      o internal demolitions\r\n      o new partitions and doors\r\n      o new kitchen\r\n      o new fittings\r\n      o new floor, wall and ceiling finishes\r\n      o replacement and new boundary fencing and gates\r\n      o new pathway and minor hard landscaping\r\n      o new mechanical and electrical service installations including contractor designed lightning\r\n      protection system, distribution boards/switch gear, final LV supply cable size, fire alarm,\r\n      CCTV, disabled WC alarm, site services co-ordination, intruder alarm and data system\r\n      \r\n      The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.\r\n      \r\n      From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.\r\n      \r\n      In Order To View and Submit a Tender, you will be required to` Opt-In`.   \r\n      \r\n      For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the `Guidance for Suppliers` section of the website.
