    "description": "South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) Facilities Management Department (FMD) are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Water Management company to provide testing and servicing to all domestic water services to current and future managed FMD sites in accordance with ACOP L8 / HSG 274 Part 2.  \r\n\r\nIn order for bidder\u0027s to fully understand the physical environment and to inspect the issues at first-hand site visits to South Cambs Hall.  Site visits will be allowed on the following dates 12th, 13th, 14th,17th and 18th February.  These will be spaced out to ensure  and will be A.M (08:00 -12:00) or P.M (13:00 - 17:00) in 4-hour slots.
