Project Description The development comprises the part new extension and refurbishment of Daventry Leisure Centre with associated landscaping, to form the new Job Centre Offices. The existing area currently comprises squash courts, children's indoor play area, exercise studio and meeting rooms, with an outside patio area above the indoor play area and studio. Project Summary The onsite works are planned to start early February 2025 and with a completion date yet to be agreed. The scope of works is contained in the various appendices
