    "description": "Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of landscape maintenance services for 4 Sites within the Crawley area.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThis contract is envisaged to have duration of 2 years with provision for a further 1 year (3 year maximum total duration) extension under the same Terms and Conditions. Any contract extensions will be based on tendered Rates and Prices.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nTypical planned Services under this contract comprise of but are not exclusively limited to the following:\\r\r\n\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Grass Cutting;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Aquatic Planting Maintenance;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Weed Control;\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Site Inspections and Cleansing; and\\r\r\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Hedge Cutting.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThis contract is a performance based, the performance of which will be monitored via Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u0027s)\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
