Some are commissioned\\r\r\nout to external partners whilst some are delivered in house by our Festivals, Events \u0026\\r\r\nCultural Engagement Team.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe expected start date for the proposed contract is 13 January 2025.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe expected end date for the proposed contract is 12 January 2027.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 24 months from the\\r\r\nactual end date.",
