    "description": "Defra Group Property (DgP) have initiated the Minerva programme, which will transform the following capabilities:\r\n1. Building Information Management (BIM);\r\n2. Property Data;\r\n3. FM Asset Management; and\r\n4. Property Technology.\r\n\r\nThis Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide support in the delivery of the overall Minerva programme and to deliver items #1 and #2 above.\r\n\r\nKey Objectives\r\n\u2022 Plan, deliver and report progress of the overall Minerva Programme.\r\n\u2022 Provide BIM services to DgP.\r\n\u2022 Provide property data management services to DgP.\r\n\u2022 The definition and management of various proof of concept activities related to the delivery of BIM \u0026 property data management services.\r\n\u2022 Stakeholder engagement with:\r\no DgP Senior Leadership Team;\r\no Arms-Length Bodies; and\r\no Other stakeholder groups as identified (such as SCAH).",
