Description

NHS South West London ICB is looking for a supplier to supply and maintain new Gigabit Pathway Circuits across the ICB. The WAN will utilise 1Gb/1Gb lease line bearer technology for all 197 GP locations and 4 corporate sites. The 2 core datacentres will have a 1Gb/10Gb connection. All sites must be low-latency and high-reliability fibre-based. The supplier will also be expected to provide a central point of contact (call centre or service desk) for case management, incident resolution, request, problem, change, configuration, release, and advice escalation.
