Description

Wirral Council is seeking to appoint an experienced organisation (or partnership) to:\r \r 1. Conduct a review, in accordance with the requirements of section 2(1) of the 2002 Act, of homelessness within the borough of Wirral.\r 2. Formulate a five-year Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy (2025-2030) having regard to the findings of the Homelessness Review.\r 3. Undertake a review of the current delivery model of Wirral Council's Housing Options Service and make recommendations for the future delivery of this service.\r \r Please see Section 2 Specification for full details\r \r The contract will commence mid-December 2024. The statutory deadline for the review and strategy production is 23rd March 2025.
