Rother District Council were seeking to appoint a provider experienced within the leisure industry to undertake a review of the existing built leisure facilities across Rother District and provide an evidence based proposal on a built leisure facility strategy for the Council that is realistic and achievable, and supports an active and healthy lifestyle across the District for at least the next 20 years and into the future.
