    "description": "Leicestershire County Council (\"the Council\") is undertaking this procurement for the provision of Pantomime Performances at the Century Theatre across the Country, as described in Document 2: The Specification and in accordance with the applicable elements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (\"The 2015 Regulations\")  \r\n\r\nThis Invitation to Tender (\"ITT\") is available to all organisations who may be interested in providing the Services (who are referred to from this point as \"Bidders\")\t \r\n\r\nThe initial contract period is 2 years; the contract is estimated to commence March 2025 and expires in February 2027. Although the contract expiry is February 2027, no activities are expected to take place once invoicing has been completed at the conclusion of the pantomime in 2026. \r\n\r\nThere will be an option to extend the contract for 3 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is five years.",
