    "description": "Award.\r\n\r\nThe London Borough of Hillingdon require further provision for secondary schoolspaces for pupils with Moderate Learning Diffi culties (MLD) and autism spectrumdisorder (ASD).\r\nThe Council agreed to progress with this project known as (Northwood Road,Harefi eld) to design and build a brand-new satellite school off Northwood Road inHarefi eld, Uxbridge, Hillingdon.\r\n\u2022 The erection of academic building (Use Class F1), along with and ancillarystructures including heat pump and substation enclosures, construction of a multi-use games area, revised vehicular access, landscaping, car and cycle parking andassociated works).\r\n\u2022 This brand-new permanent satellite school for the London Borough of Hillingdonalong Northwood Road, Harefi eld) is to accommodate up to 100 pupils and was tobe completed with Practical completion due to be June 2026.\r\n\u2022 This new site was purchased from and is adjacent to Harefi eld School, owned and run by an Academy Trust, and which is completely separate to the above new siteowned by the London Borough of Hillingdon who purchased the land from theacademy trust.\r\nA limited number of works have commenced by a previous contractor whichunfortunately went into administration. The demolition work is 100% complete andthe piling is 99% complete, with groundworks 10-15% complete.",
