    "description": "To establish a Peer-led Recovery Forum - which will platform\\r\r\nthe collective voice of people in recovery across Luton and steer the development of the recovery\\r\r\ncommunity\\r\r\nThey will recruit a Volunteer Coordinator who will recruit, train, and coordinate the activity of\\r\r\nvolunteers with lived / living experience of recovery who will then act as (peer delivered) Recovery\\r\r\nChampions.\\r\r\nAnother person with lived experience will be recuited into full-time Giving Real Opportunity to Work\\r\r\nTraineeship. (GROW) The GROW role will provide (peer-led) one-to-one recovery support to\\r\r\npeople completing treatment, to enable them to engage in recovery community activities and build\\r\r\nthe recovery capital needed to maintain long-term recovery.\\r\r\nBoth of these roles will enable long-term recovery to be sustainable, increase the visibility of\\r\r\nrecovery and support social integration.",
