    "description": "University Hospitals Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMB) will act as the \u0027lead\u0027 organisation in terms of managing the tender process on behalf of the Trusts involved within the Northern Consortium. However, any final contract implementation, on-boarding and ongoing contract management will be the responsibility of the individual Trusts.\r\n\r\nEach individual Trust reserves the right to commence the contract in accordance with their own required timescales and, each individual Trust reserves the right not to commence a contract at all.\r\nThe Northern Clinical Waste Consortium (\"NCWC\") which is made up of a number of Acute and Community NHS Trusts \"Member Organisations\"\r\n\r\nAcute NHS Trusts\r\n\r\n1. Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust\r\n2. Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust\r\n3. York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals\r\n4. University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust\r\n5. North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust\r\n6. South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - Friarage\r\n7. North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust\r\n8. Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management\r\n\r\nCommunity NHS Trusts\r\n\r\n1. Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust\r\n2.
