No service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. \r\n      \r\n      19 Monday - Friday all year round except public holidays. \r\n      \r\n      \r\n      Minimum overall capacity of 30 required. As part of your bid please provide full details of vehicle capacity, i.e. both seated and standing capacity.\r\n      \r\n      Bids will be accepted on a cost basis (SCC retains fare revenue) or subsidy (operator retains fare revenue) basis, please make it clear in your submission which basis you are bidding on. \r\n      \r\n      613 Average patronage between January 2024 - December 2024 (10 months excluding July and August) is 283 per month of which concessions were 4.4\r\n      \r\n      19 Average patronage between January 2024 - December 2024 is 681 per month of which concessions were 448.\r\n      \r\n      Service to begin on Monday 1st September 2025.
