The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as an agent to the BBC Group. Any reference in this document to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to the BBC Group and constituent entities unless the context requires otherwise.\r\n\r\nPress Monitoring - monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content and mainstream online news, trade, consumer, local and regional media including delivery of results and reports to the BBC.\r\n\r\nHuman-driven Evaluation and Analysis - the evaluation and analysis of the results of monitoring through human review, including delivery of results and reports to the BBC; and\r\n\r\nEvaluation and Analysis - automated assessment of the media monitoring results data including instant user access to reports on the BBC.\r\n\r\nThere will be an initial term of 24 months with a possible extension of a further 12 months.",
