    "description": "The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for fire alarm remediation works.\r\n\r\nScope of Requirement:\r\n\r\nThe works comprise of the remediation of the fire alarm systems across four university buildings:\r\n\u2022\tARMC 2 (FOF)\r\n\u2022\tCentral Annexe\r\n\u2022\tComputer Building\r\n\u2022\tElla Armitage\r\n\r\nThe works consist of the replacement of detectors, installation of new devices where required, replacement of panels, installation \r\n\r\nThe full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest. \r\n\r\nTender Process and Documentation:\r\n\r\nThis is an open exercise.
