    "description": "We need to carry out a horizon-scanning baselining\r\n      exercise of sustainability-related factors that may be\r\n      relevant to the Bank\u0027s achievement of its strategic\r\n      objectives and to its financial performance.\r\n      The Financial Innovation Lab produces a report on UK\r\n      financial sector policy that is updated monthly. In\r\n      producing the report, the Lab monitors a wide range of\r\n      sources of information and analysis.\r\n      We would be commissioning a bespoke one-off report,\r\n      based on the FSP Forward Look, that:\r\n      \u2022 Allows BBB to make use of the contents for\r\n      commercial purposes\r\n      \u2022 Identifies issues that:\r\n      \u2022 may impact directly on BBB\r\n      \u2022 are most relevant to BBB\u0027s customers, namely\r\n      UK smaller businesses, start-ups and venturebacked\r\n      growth companies\r\n      \u2022 may impact on the ability of non-deposit-taking\r\n      small and medium sized financial institutions\r\n      (SME FIs) to provide finance to the Bank\u0027s\r\n      customers\r\n      \u2022 Evaluates the identified issues in terms of the\r\n      potential extent and likelihood of impacts\r\n\r\nAdditional information: This has been procured in line with the banks financial instruction",
