Description

Capital Projects (GPA) requires Consultancy Plus as a specialist support to implement key elements of its transformation programme, specifically within its Customer Experience (CE) and Workplace Change (WC) functions. The key objective is to transition GPA clients and customers into Government Hubs while ensuring optimal user adoption and a seamless customer experience.
