    "description": "Chilton Parish Council (the \u0027Council\u0027) seeks an Invitation to Quote (ITQ). It is for a qualified, experienced Service Provider. They must design, supply, and install infrastructure, including a playground, in a community green space in Chilton, Buckinghamshire (the \u0027Service\u0027).\r\n \r\nWe invite organisations to submit an ITQ, a Proposal, and a Price for the above requirement. Attached are the following documents.
