Summary\r\nSeaton Valley Community Council (SVCC) invites bids from suitably experienced horticultural contractors for the supply, installation and maintenance of floral planting schemes across the five villages of Seaton Delaval, Seghill, Seaton Sluice, New Hartley and Holywell.\r\n\r\nThe contract supports the Council\u0027s strategic transition from annual bedding to sustainable perennial planting, together with wildflower areas and enhanced biodiversity. \r\n\r\n2. Contract Term\r\n1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028\r\nOptional extension: Up to 24 months (performance-dependent, not guaranteed)\r\n\r\n3. Estimated Value\r\nEstimated combined value for 2026-28: \u00a3100,000-\u00a3120,000.\r\nNon-binding expectation for Year 1: \u00a350,000-\u00a360,000.\r\n\r\n4.
