    "description": "The Fairbank Estate project is a mixed tenure housing development that forms part of the Housing Supply Programme. It is located in the Hoxton West Ward in the London Borough of Hackney.\r\n\r\nThis procurement is to appoint a contractor to undertake pre-construction activities in relation to the delivery of new housing, along with associated landscaping and public realm work at the Fairbank Estate, under a two-stage design and build contract with a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) using the Notting Hill Genesis Framework Development Contractors Lot.  Pursuant to a  successful completion of the PCSA stage in the contracting process we will enter into a JCT contract for the delivery of the works.\r\n",
