    "description": "This GreenSquareAccord tender project is to supply and install Phase 1 and 2 Balconies at Somerford Place. Contract to be completed by 1st April 2026, followed by 12 month defect liability period from the end of the project completion.\r\n      \r\n      This tender is being conducted through GreenSquareAccord`s Supplier Portal and all documentation is only available via this portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/greensquare\r\n      \r\n      Submissions must be made via this portal.
