    "description": "-\tIntermediate Short Term Flood Prevention Measures and Perimeter Ground Improvement as per the design carried out under WC1167555.  The Works comprise, but not limited to, the following: \r\n-\tDemolition and disposal of existing concrete channel \r\n-\tConstruction of a drainage ditch with perforated pipe both sides including backfill material \r\n-\tConstruction of Retaining Wall \r\n-\tConstruction of new drainage concrete channel \r\n-\t New Apron \u0026 Concrete slabs at front, rear and sides of the building\r\n-\tNew footpath construction \r\n-\tConstruction of Rainwater Absorption Pit and Silt Traps\r\n-\tConcrete support to the perimeter of the existing external storage unit\r\n\r\nFurther restrictions/instructions:\r\n-\tExisting topsoil: excavate from required areas to an average depth of 150mm and keep separate, including bulbs.
