    "description": "WP12.2.2 Accommodation Blocks, LEER, and Central Core Structural Steelworks \r\n      \r\n       \r\n      \r\n      Scope of work \r\n      \r\n      WP12.2.2 Accommodation Blocks, LEER, and Central Core Structural Steelwork Envelope consists of the design for construction and manufacture, supply, installation, and assurance of structural steelworks to the accommodation blocks, Lift \u0026 Escalator Electrical Room (LEER) on HS2 platform level, central core on concourse level, \u0027T\u0027 shaped lower-level escalator supports on HS2 platform, and \u0027V\u0027 shaped intermediate level escalator supports. The scope of works comprises the following: \r\n      \r\n       \r\n      \r\n      Levels: HS2 Station Platform Level \u0026 Concourse Level \r\n      \r\n      Elements: Structural steel \r\n      \r\n      Design Development: Prepare the design for construction and manufacture, including detailed plans, elevations, general arrangements, and fabrication drawings. These drawings should encompass all necessary interface and connection details, structural elements, ancillary elements, and products to meet the prescribed performance requirements.  \r\n      \r\n      Samples and Prototypes: Provide samples, prototypes, visual mock-ups, and benchmarks as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. \r\n      \r\n      Material Supply and Installation: Supply all required materials, labour, supervision, plant, and equipment for construction in accordance with the approved design. \r\n      \r\n      Assurance and Certification: Generate and supply comprehensive assurance documentation. \r\n      \r\n      Coordination: Ensure coordination with various substrates, and other finishes to achieve integration within the overall project\r\n\r\nAdditional information: No Documentation is included at this point.",
