The properties should include essential facilities such as internet access, kitchenettes, and other amenities suitable for long-term stays.\r\n    Location: Accommodation must be located within Birmingham and the broader West Midlands region, in areas easily accessible for contractors to commute to their work sites.\r\n    \r\n    Volumes and Frequency of Supply\r\n    Volume: We anticipate requiring accommodation for up to [X] contractors at any given time.\r\n    Frequency: This is an ongoing need, with the requirement for properties potentially fluctuating based on the number of contractors on assignment.
