    "description": "Reed Wellbeing is a national provider of evidence-based behavioural change services on behalf of the NHS and both local and national government. Our experience includes delivering locally integrated, preventative health services that target health inequality and embed positive healthy lifestyle change. We\u0027ve been helping people improve their lives since 2015, with our mission to positively transform people and their communities. \r\n\r\nWith our help people improve their health, become better connected with local services, and utilise existing community-assets. Our successful approach is achieved through working in genuine partnership with local, community delivery partners, primary and secondary health services and wider stakeholders to engage those in greatest need and support them to achieve their goals. \r\n\r\n\r\nReed Wellbeing intends to bid for the NHS England\u0027s Healthier You Services which will provide a range of interventions locally including: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, Type 2 Diet Replacement Programme, Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing, and Long-Term Health Condition Prevention Programme.\r\n\r\nInterventions will be delivered through a range of channels including face-to-face, remote and digital, with tailored approaches prioritising the uptake and retention of Core20PLUS5 priority populations.\r\n\r\nWe welcome applications from local VCFSE, statutory and non-statutory health providers, and other relevant educational/ research organisations, who can offer some or all of the following support to those from Core20PLUS priority populations:\r\n\r\nCore20PLUS5 lived experience co-production - working with the vulnerable communities you are experienced supporting, or through lived experienced networks already in place; this will support testing, tailoring and adapting Healthier You delivery approaches to meet their specific needs.\r\n\r\nCore20PLUS5 co-delivery - with Reed\u0027s support, deliver Healthier You interventions to Core20PLUS5 participant groups utilising your proven track record supporting these vulnerable residents.\r\nCore20PLUS5 added value - providing additionality through your proposed specialist support offering with the aim enhancing Core20PLUS5 resident programme retention / outcomes.
