    "description": "Services Agreement for the Provision of Extra Care Support Services at St Edmunds Court and Bishopsfield Court.\r\n\r\nThis Contract is subject to the Light Touch Regime, and will run for an initial term of 2 years and 1 month, with two options to extend for a further 12 months each.\r\n\r\nExtra Care Housing:\r\n\r\nExtra Care Housing combines accommodation with care and support services. The facilities and care provided will vary. Extra Care Housing schemes provide customers with their own self-contained flat, and usually includes:\r\n\r\n\u2022 kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom\r\n\r\n\u2022 access to communal lounge/s and other facilities as well as communal garden\r\n\r\nExtra Care housing schemes enable people aged 55 years and over live independently. The flats are safe, secure and accessible and equipped with a 24-hour call system. There is a care team on site 24 hours a day.",
