    "description": "Nattergal purchased its first site, Boothby Wildland, in December 2021. It\u0027s a 617- hectare former arable farm in Lincolnshire, with variable grade 3 soil types. Over the last three years, we have been staggering Boothby\u0027s retreat from arable farming, gradually removing fields from intensive cereal production. Our last harvest was in\r\nSeptember 2024.\r\n\r\nHaving spent this transitional time planning the future vision to Boothby and developing appropriate income streams, we are now at the phase of beginning works on the ground to further enable this transformation. Natural vegetation is beginning to re-establish and our next step is to introduce free-roaming herbivores to kickstart dynamic natural processes and drive ecosystem recovery.\r\n\r\nThese herbivores (ponies, pigs, cattle and in one half, beavers) will have large blocks in which they can free roam. Fencing these \u0027blocks\u0027 is therefore an integral part of the next steps for Boothby Wildland.\r\n\r\nThis Phase 2 fencing tender is to complete the fencing of 500 hectares of the Boothby site. Please see the attached tender document for full details and how to apply.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Please note - we have included a min price of \u00a340k, and a start date of 1st July for the tender system requirements only. Bidders will be expected to provide their best price and earliest start date in the response.",
