    "description": "United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospital requires an Implementation Delivery Partner to support the implementation of its Electronic Patient Record.\r\nDerbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS) has entered in a contract with Health Systems Support Limited on behalf of East Midlands Acute Providers including ULTH, who are named on the contract and are eligible to access. The contract is a call-off contract awarded following a further competition via the NHS London Procurement Partnership Provision of a Health and Care Record Dynamic Purchasing System under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.\r\nA Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with DSFS who will administer the contract on the Trusts behalf.\r\nThe agreement is for 21 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The maximum value of the call-off contract for ULTH including extension is included on this notice.",
