Description

This contract award was a Direct Award call-off from the established NHMF (NPC) Ltd's ("NPC Frameworx") NPC Framework for Planned Maintenance - Lot 5A - Net Zero Carbon Works competition. The contract is for the provision of up to two contractors to undertake decarbonisation works as part of the SHDF Grant funding scheme. The term of the contract will be for 1 year, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the discretion of the Council and subject to funding from SHDF. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2024.
